UKSBS delivers pay system success for The Insolvency Service
UKSBS transforms pay system for The Insolvency Service in ambitious five-month project.

UKSBS has successfully delivered a complex pay system transformation for The Insolvency Service, implementing new Civil Service grading structures within a challenging five-month timeline that concluded on 1 August 2024.
The project addressed a ministerial directive to modernise The Insolvency Service's pay structure, replacing their legacy grading system with a standardised Civil Service framework. This transformation affected all Insolvency Service employees and required careful coordination of pay recalculations, backdated payments, and system migrations across Oracle Payroll systems.
Working through their Partnership governance model, UKSBS teams managed the implementation whilst maintaining business-as-usual operations. Mark Bodman from The Insolvency Service praised how "the team went above and beyond - working all hours including weekends" to deliver the project successfully. The transformation demonstrates UKSBS' ability to deliver complex change while maintaining service excellence.
