  • Handled 427,000 customer contacts
  • Processed 290,000 employee payslips
  • Recovered £500,000 of efficiencies through continuous improvement
  • Generated £15.9m of procurement benefits for our clients
  • Were shortlisted in 8 national awards
  • Were winners in the Women in Governance, Risk and Compliance awards
  • Delivered a programme of machinery of government changes, setting up:
  • 3 new government departments; 5 new finance ledgers; 5 new payrolls, onboarded 4 new client and welcomed 12,000 new users
  • Successfully upgraded our core Oracle platform in house saving £2.5m
