UKSBS and ICS teams meet up to plan exciting changes ahead

Teams from UKSBS and Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) came together this week for an inspiring day of planning and partnership that promises to drive positive changes ahead.

ICS Visit

On Wednesday 16 July, UKSBS colleagues Charlotte O'Toole, Senior Partnership Manager, Dan Hardy, Head of Operational Transformation, Lorraine Connick, Operational HR SME Matrix, and Steve Jellings, NEO Service Operations Adoption Lead, visited ICS to meet with Patty Gordon, Head of HR Operations and Matt Hart, Head of Shared Services Management for a collaborative planning session focused on shaping their future working relationship.

The productive meeting covered several important areas that will guide how the teams work together moving forward. Discussions included updates on the Neo Programme, sharing visions for Continuous Improvement (CI), exploring new approaches to measuring success, and aligning their change and improvement processes.

"It was a great opportunity for us to look forward with ICS and align on the plans that we will be working together to achieve. This meeting will spark a regular drum beat of face-to-face meetings to align on our journey of change. It was so nice to meet up and have some really great conversations. I felt motivated to be part of this engagement and excited about the collaboration ahead of us."
