Rob Bullen is Group Head of Global Business Services at BAT and brings over 25 years of leadership experience across global consumer goods organisations, including Mondelez, Bayer and BAT. Since joining BAT in 2023, he has been leading the transformation of GBS into a more agile, customer-centric and value-focused organization.
Prior to BAT, Rob served as Senior Vice President for Global Business Services at Bayer AG, leading over 5,000 colleagues across eight delivery centres. Today, he is focused on driving operational excellence, digital transformation and capability building, while strengthening Global Business Services through strategic partnerships and a high-performance culture.
