The event brought together colleagues from across the organisation to connect face to face, align on upcoming priorities and identify opportunities to improve how teams work together.

New and expanded teams joined the process, including Corporate Finance, Automation Testing, Information Security and Business Analytics, helping to make PI Planning more inclusive and better connected across UKSBS.

The day also introduced new approaches and technology, including the use of AI agents to support teams in developing PI objectives and risks.

Feedback from colleagues highlighted the importance of face-to-face interaction, meaningful conversations and faster decision-making. Insights gathered during the event will now help shape the next PI Planning Day as UKSBS continues to improve how it plans, aligns and delivers together.
