The BEIS Research and Evaluation agreement supports the Government’s centralised approach to fulfilling market research and evaluation services. This agreement brings together 88 providers reflecting the diversity of services needed and sector expertise enabling eligible public sector organisations to benefit from:
Experienced users of research and evaluation services from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) developed the scope and breakdown of each lot to ensure the agreement reflected the diversity of needs across the Department.
The Guide for Buyers provides a detailed breakdown of each lot and guidance on how to use the framework.
The BEIS Research & Evaluation framework expires on 2 January 2020. Any competitions using this framework must be fully completed (including the signing of contract documents and start of contract) before this date. If you intend to use this framework for future procurements, you should be confident that the process will be complete by the end of 2019.
