The BEIS Research and Evaluation agreement supports the Government’s centralised approach to fulfilling market research and evaluation services. This agreement brings together 88 providers reflecting the diversity of services needed and sector expertise enabling eligible public sector organisations to benefit from:

  • A quicker and cost-effective route to the marketplace through ‘call off’ from a pre-competed procurement exercise
  • Standardised framework terms and conditions allowing customers to call-off urgent requirements in a timely manner
  • Improved control, monitoring and transparency of spend for UK SBS managed service customers through comprehensive management information and submitted maximum costs

Experienced users of research and evaluation services from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) developed the scope and breakdown of each lot to ensure the agreement reflected the diversity of needs across the Department.

The Guide for Buyers provides a detailed breakdown of each lot and guidance on how to use the framework.
