Meet Randeep
I joined UK SBS in September 2020, bringing experience as a recruitment professional within agency, internal, and outsourcing services to my current role as Operational Resourcing Manager in HR Service Delivery.
Improving continuously
I get job satisfaction from adding value and driving improvements, so I was particularly attracted by the opportunity to get started at the same time as the rollout of the new recruitment system - Careers Portal - which has been designed to improve the user experience for applicants, HR teams and hiring managers.
Rolling my sleeves up
I always want to do things in the most efficient and compliant way, and making sure I quickly understand UK SBS and clients, vacancy volumes and team sizes has been crucial. Getting started during lockdown and managing a team of eight remotely has meant that I’ve needed to roll my sleeves up and make extra effort to get to know everyone, learn from them, and also provide one-to-one support.
A helping hand
Working from home during the pandemic as a newcomer has made colleagues’ help vital. Everyone has given me a hand, whether it’s been with documentation or building rapport.
I’ve also appreciated the flexibility of members of the team. We all pull together to get things done the best way.
