Chief Executive Officer - Joanna Brigham

Joanna has a wealth of experience and knowledge gained most recently with the Scottish Police Services and Police Reform. She has previously worked with the Shareholder Executive, the Royal Parks and the Met Office. Joanna works to drive further efficiency, continuously improve service quality and seeks to enhance the customer experience.

Chief Procurement Officer - Gavin Foxall

Gavin Foxall brings a wealth of procurement experience and public sector insight to the team - a culmination of 24 years within the Ministry of Defence, UK Border Agency, Home Office and Cabinet Office.

Gavin has been awarded a fellowship of the University of South Wales Procurement Best Practice Academy.

Property Asset Management Director - Roger Taylor

Roger's remit with UK SBS is to build a leading edge Property Asset Management team and to work closely with BEIS to implement PAM strategies. He has a wealth of experience across both the Public and Private Sectors and is a recognised leader in Corporate Real Estate.

Finance Director - Tim Jones

Tim joined UK SBS in January 2016 as the senior finance professional with responsibility for both Corporate Finance and Finance Service delivery. He was previously Deputy Director, Finance & Corporate team, Business & Science Group at BIS. Tim was with BIS for nearly five years with prior experience with Department of Education and PwC

Corporate Services Director - John Arnott

After an early career in banking roles, John spent nearly 20 years in a range of senior operational and specialist HR roles for HSBC Bank plc. After leaving HSBC in 2007, John has been HR Director of Vaultex UK Ltd, an outsourced supplier of cash management services owned by Barclays and HSBC, and HR Director of the 140 hotel group, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc. John is a Graduate of Loughborough University (Banking & Finance) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Business Change Executive - Jacqui White

After starting her career in retail management, Jacqui moved into local government and spent 25 years working in a variety of roles, including establishing Shared Services and implementing SAP for Wiltshire Council. Since 2014, Jacqui has worked in the Research Councils, initially in BBSRC working on the Office of the Future Programme, and more recently in RCUK leading the Change Programme and working with BEIS to establish the UKRI Programme Management Office.
